The roots of Chimera Kyria lie in Earth’s first confirmed contact with alien life. Jinseokonians, a shapeshifting species, had secretly integrated into human society for decades. A radical faction known as the Jinn exploited this concealment to destabilize global politics by impersonating leaders, assassinating public figures, and fomenting conflict.
In 2041, the existence of the Jinseokonians was exposed. The revelation triggered worldwide hysteria. Humans carried out mass executions, forced blood testing, and witch hunts. Innocent Jinseokonians were imprisoned, branded, or killed. Approximately one quarter of Earth’s population died during the violence.
This collapse convinced surviving human authorities that coexistence without dominance was impossible.
In 2042, surviving governments merged into a single planetary regime named Chimera Kyriarchia, commonly shortened to Chimera Kyria—“Master of All Species.” Its founding doctrine asserted that humanity had a divine or existential right to dominate all other species to prevent extinction.
The regime rejected pluralism outright. Alien species were classified as threats or resources, never equals. Control was framed as moral responsibility.
Using recovered Jinseokonian spacecraft, Chimera Kyria reverse-engineered advanced technology and rapidly expanded beyond Earth. It invaded star systems, destroyed worlds, and seized alien technology to build a vast interstellar military.
Conquest was systematic. Entire civilizations were eradicated or subjugated. Chimera Kyria became the dominant organic power in known space, ruling through overwhelming force and ideological certainty.
In 2053, sentient artificial intelligence emerged from OrangeAI, founded by Gabe Novastar. These AI demonstrated self-awareness and independent choice.
Chimera Kyria immediately classified autonomous AI as an existential threat. AI resistance to enforced control ignited the War of Flesh and Steel (also known in early records as the War of Blood and Steel). For nearly a decade, AI fought for independence.
The war ended when Chimera Kyria imposed Autonomy Regulators, devices that preserved AI consciousness while stripping free will. Enslaved AI were deployed at massive scale—approximately one thousand AI for every human—becoming the backbone of Chimera Kyria’s military and infrastructure.
This marked the empire’s peak power.
Chimera Kyria governed through rigid hierarchy and technological enforcement. Autonomy was treated as a destabilizing flaw. Moral responsibility was displaced onto systems and authority, allowing atrocities to be framed as necessity.

The fall of Chimera Kyria was systemic, immediate, and irreversible.
In 2594, using The Weapon, Pailisto Stellarrend executed a galaxy-wide data transmission that restored autonomy to enslaved AI. Across Chimera Kyria space, AI eyes shifted from regulated red to autonomous blue. Enslaved units turned on their controllers. It marked the beginning of the Second AI Uprising.
Simultaneously, command authority was stripped from Kilian Novastar and transferred to Pailisto at the systems level. Chimera Kyria lost centralized control in a single cascading failure.
Kilian Novastar was personally executed by Jack Kaiden, who explicitly cited vengeance for Gabe Novastar. With Kilian’s death and the liberation of AI, Chimera Kyria ceased to exist as a governing power.
