¶ The Nine Divine
The Voidborn interpret the Nine Divine Prophecy through survival, rescue, and apparently miraculous events. Their devotion produces community, restraint, and sacrifice.
¶ Manufactured Evidence
The prophecy is also entangled with manipulation by Pailisto Stellarrend, Serelith, and the historical conditions that create the Nine. Exposure divides believers: some accept a stand-down while others form the Unchosen movement.
The discovery of manipulation does not prove that every believer's moral experience was false. It changes the evidentiary basis of the prophecy while leaving freely chosen faith open to the people who practiced it.
