The Nine Divine prophecy was an ancient Fahilotian lithograph depicting Jack, Talonor, Moonshade, and nine members of the Dominatrix II crew. It encoded the positions and instructions required for the Great Healing at the Temple of Korathis.
The prophecy was not a simple prediction from an unknowable source. It existed within a closed temporal loop completed when future Moonshade traveled approximately three thousand years into the past, repaired the altar fragment, and installed it for later discovery.
Alistair found and deciphered the Korathis-era material. The image and temple geometry connected named or recognizable participants with nine pedestals surrounding the altar.
Fahilotian foresight, religious tradition, and later events shaped interpretation of the Nine as divine figures. The source provides operational ritual instructions rather than proof that every depicted participant is literally a deity.
At the Temple of Korathis, Jack, Talonor, Moonshade, and the Nine assumed the prescribed positions. Jack and Talonor voluntarily released their attunements. Moonshade and the participants completed the Great Healing.
The ritual cleansed connected Talonorium and stopped it from answering weapon systems.
After the event, future Moonshade traveled into the distant past, healed the chipped fragment, and placed it in the altar. The later discovery therefore depended on an action inspired by that discovery.
The Nine Divine prophecy is separate from the Voidborn Unchosen religion. Both involve Jack and sacred authority, but they arise from different cultures and events.
