Alixians are a scaled biological people who participate in the settlement and restoration work at Art Vorluun.
Their planning methodology favors concentric defensive rings adapted for civilian use. Liaison Commander Sael Vorn is Alixian, with deep amber-to-copper scales. She represents the settlement during Jack and Gorvek's welfare assessment.
The canon establishes their appearance and planning contribution but does not yet provide a complete homeworld or political history.
