General Theseus is a military officer who meets Pailisto Stellarrend to argue for salvage rights to his former ship.
Theseus asks to recover the old vessel's hull as part of his proposal. The meeting is interrupted when a wormhole opens directly inside Pailisto's office, shifting attention from the administrative dispute to Jack Kaiden's arrival and the larger crisis.
The general is a specific person and is unrelated to the philosophical “Ship of Theseus” language used elsewhere when discussing identity and reconstruction.
