The assault on the Eisgait Raider encampment was a recovery operation conducted by the Dominatrix II crew after the raid on the Eisgait colony.
¶ Assault
Thermal scans suggest approximately twenty to twenty-two humanoids occupy the abandoned mining facility. Jack Kaiden, Talonor Kaiden, and synthetic officers enter expecting armed raiders rather than families.
The attack is lethal. Jack kills at least four raiders during the initial assault and another during withdrawal; Talonor kills eight; artificial crew members kill most of the remainder. Cookie is among the dead.
¶ Surrender
The crew discovers that Branel Volzen, a child, is present with his father Frosnik Volzen. Branel shields Frosnik, who surrenders. Jack spares them rather than completing the attack.
Frosnik and Branel return the stolen BioGel and supplies. Jack later omits their encounter from his official report.
