The SSS Dominatrix II is the successor ship commanded by Jack Kaiden after the Chimera Kyria's apparent fall. It serves as home, warship, diplomatic platform, pilgrimage vessel, and center of resistance during the MasterCode, Libertix, Great Healing, Eisgait, and X3 crises.
¶ History
The reformed crew includes Jack, Yvonne, Talonor, Chlo, Mistress, and changing officers and allies. Mistress is deeply integrated with ship systems but remains a person distinct from the vessel.
MasterCode infiltrates through Jack's implant and forces Mistress to sabotage the ship. Jack enters the Nexus and restores her control.
During the Libertix-Domain conflict, the crew freely defects from The Sphere, reaches the Temple of Korathis, and participates in the Great Healing.
On December 24, 2600, Dominatrix II answers the Eisgait distress call. It later carries a growing Voidborn pilgrimage.
In Apotheosis, X3 compromises Jack and attacks the vessel. The crew conducts the Quiet War through a dual-boot simulation, survives Chlo's death, and faces the Domain armada. After the crisis, Dominatrix II sets course for Valos and Avarael.
