Blue Wave City is a major Martian metropolis and recurring center of family life, Resistance activity, nightlife, scientific secrecy, and unresolved reconstruction technology. Jack meets Talonor there, Tomas operates a hidden laboratory there, and Chlo's backup clues point back to the city.
¶ Description
The city contains skyscrapers, neon, cameras, gang markings, pollution, heavy rain, pedestrian districts, gambling and entertainment venues, and concealed Resistance infrastructure.
¶ Major Locations
Viva Rollers Hotel and Casino employs Talonor as a bartender before he joins Jack. Tomas's laboratory at 1940 West Cypher Court hides AI and cybernetic research behind a run-down exterior and coded entry.
¶ History
Tomas develops Artificial John and later reconstructs Yvonne in the city. Late in 2593 he carries The Weapon from his laboratory toward Pailisto.
Jack and the early Dominatrix crew operate in Blue Wave City before departing near the beginning of 2594.
After Chlo's death, Jack and Yvonne find a Blue Wave City access card hidden behind Yvonne's activation photograph. The card's destination and relationship to Chlo's backup remain unresolved.
