The HoloDias is the central projection and speaking platform in the Stellar United Nations rotunda. It displays enormous holographic busts of remote speakers above the delegates seated around it.
Diplomats, artificial-intelligence representatives, and intermediaries use the system during negotiations. It can present multiple speakers and display voting tallies, making it part of both debate and formal decision-making.
