Gavin Colm is a covert operative connected to plots against Pailisto Stellarrend. At Io Station, Pailisto observes Gavin receiving a data disk and creates a public distraction so he can steal it. The recovered material contains plans to assassinate Pailisto.
Gavin later appears inside the Draekor fortress, where the crew overhears that he has again been assigned to kill Pailisto. During the escape, Rowan shoots Gavin to protect Jack Kaiden, and Jack takes another disk from him.
