Jack discovered the HexForge dossier while investigating Pailisto's occupation and extraction policies. The project proved that liberatory rhetoric concealed a weapon capable of genocide.
¶ Neutralization
The Dominatrix II crew defected and completed the Great Healing. Connected Talonorium stopped answering weapon systems, making HexForge inoperable.
¶ Ethical Significance
HexForge links Flit's colonial exploitation with threatened mass murder. Its neutralization comes through Talonorium's restored agency rather than a larger destructive counterweapon.
